office hours are 9:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through
Friday.
- Telephone
calls are answered promptly and handled in a courteous
and efficient manner. No answering machines or phone triage system.
- An
account representative is assigned to each client
to specifically handle that account.
- To
remain compliant with Medicare, Medicaid, and all
third-party payors, our certified claims specialists annually attend coding seminars.
- Our
hardware and software system allows us to submit claims
electronically to Medicare, BlueCross/BlueShield,
Illinois Department of Public Aid, and all commercial insurances that accept electronic claims.
- We
verify insurance information as required. Information
is reported to the physician's office staff.
- We
can develop a registration form for patient
demographics with Assignment of Benefits.
- We
can design a patient encounter form.
- Our
fee is based upon a percentage of collected revenue.
